Conch Sound Flats Lodge
A small family-owned bonefish lodge and island hotel.
At Conch Sound Flats we can accommodate a maximum of six anglers at the same time.
The living space consists of cottages that can each house two anglers.

High-class concierge services!
We get you up at 8am with a hot breakfast, along with fruit or your choice of yogurt and cold cereals. A cooler will be prepared for the boat with beverages, fruit and sandwiches for your day on the flats. Light refreshments will be served upon your return and followed by scrumptious dinner offerings from our chef. We offer several libations from our bar, however, if there is a particular drink or brand that you prefer, please notify.
Bonefishing Rates & Packages:
Packages include lodge accommodations, meals, soft drinks, guided fishing, housekeeping, transfers to and from the airport, bottled water, and transfers to and from the dock.

The rooms, whilst in a laid-back setting still offer comfort as well as luxury for all who stay.
The cottages consist of two full-sized beds, air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan, and a work desk and chair.
The rooms are non-smoking.
The cottages are also equipped with a flat screen television with cable service, and mini-fridge (that is stocked with beverages).
To aid in preparing you for your day the rooms are also equipped with an alarm clock radio.

Hotel Policy:
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Standard occupancy is 2 per cottage, with a max occupancy of 4 per cottage. Extra persons per room: $25 per person / per night.
- Conch Sound Flats welcome all guests. No pets are allowed.

Payment policy:
- To guarantee reservations, a 50% deposit is required.
- The full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations 90 days prior to start of trip: if a written cancellation notice is received, a 90% refund will be given, less processing fee of $275 per person. Cancellations ranging from 31 to 90 days to start of trip: will receive a 50% refund, less processing fee of $275 per person – if a written cancellation notice is received. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to start of trip will not receive a refund.
Travel insurance is recommended, as refunds cannot be made for inclement weather.
